Yeah I don't think they ramped up the price due to the scarf acctually. I think you have my bank info and such from before so just pop the money in when u have time.
As far as Cherful mystery, they might, I haven't seen it but the place I go to is only a really small bookstore, not even a manga shop.
Oh but that's good! I'm really intressted in the eternal diva manga since it was sold out when I orderd my other books.
