Less is... More?

I'm really loving this new phone, it's simple design makes it so versitile! I love customizing before I go out every morning. It reminds me of something I saw from Japansese fashion gigant UNIQLO's website some time ago. I remeber that when I lived in Japan, everyone loved that store even though I always thought it was sort of plain. I couldn't belive how the founder of it could be one of the richest men in Japan! But then I read this:

And style comes from within, wich is why the UNIQLO logo is nearly invisible, tucked away inside the garment. I feel like I understand it now, the phone is the same, just a blank slate, great quality and a tousand options, so inspirational! I'm such a slave to labels that it's easy to loose yourself, I should probably take a shopping hiatus and think over future purchases.

Nature is lovley

Real wood Iphone cover with a lovley flower strap. When I first saw this I thought no way that's actually wood, but it is! So smooth and light and such an unusual concept, I think I'm in love. This is my "mature" shelf, I use it at work and other places when I need to be a little more adult.

Sweet as Candy

Disneys Iphone series wich I belive is called Mupods, such a funny word, with a Rilakuma cookie strap.

This looks so good on the white model, I've only ever seen it on black ones before and the top part where the chocolate is melted looks gray, yuck. It's perfect on the white though, looks so much like Q-pot style!

New phone

I was complaining so much earlier how I wanted an Iphone but they didn't come in white so when they finaly did release it I sort of had to buy it. I got it yesterday but it's alredy proving to be a lot of fun!

New camera

Finaly! I've wanted a newcamera ever since I lost mine, wich I worked really hard on to deco, on the plane home from Tokyo. I've had one on loan from my father ever since, he won it through a crossword puzzle contest in the newspaper so it wasn't too good. That's one of the reasons I've been sort of bad with picture posts for quite some time now.

I orignialy wanted to buy the same model I had in Japan since I know that model was really good and it isn't too pricy now either since it's almost a year old. However I decided on the newer model, not because it can shoot in HD, but because it comes in a much cuter shade of pink. The front surface is really flat and neat so it would be perfect to do deco on but I think it's really cute as it is so I don't think I'll touch it.

New techno toy

I picked up my new computer today, such fast shipping but I guess I'm not used to ordering within Sweden. Since I was working today I haven't had alot of time with it yet but I think it will turn out to be a great computer for me. For those of you who asked it's a HP mini in pink tartan. I mostly use my laptop for blogging so I've been thinking about getting a smaller one for a while and now I'm really happy I did. It's super light weight and it fits into most of my purses, I'm sure I'll bring it with me alot more for blogging on the road

Protective plastic makes it look a wobbly but the colour is just gorgeous, I want a dress made in this pattern! I was choosing between this one and an Asus EEE 1015 PEM in baby pink, but after some discusion with friends more knowledgeable about computers than me I think that I made the right choice.

Hair drying the hard drive

During one of many sick nights of late I of course managed to do, what my mom always tells me not to do, and tip over one of my waterbottles on top of my laptop. It was down for a couple of days but some work with the hair dryer and it will atleast get me online for a couple of houers even though the screen is kind of busted looking. Time to get a new, cute laptop I think!

As far as the illness goes by the way, for whoever might be interested, I'm not realy better but I can independently take in liquids again even though my throat is so puffed up it kills to swallow. I hope I will be better by next weekend atleast because after that I'm suppose to go to Germany and I can't realy see how I would be able to do that if I can't even eat.

Jag har äntligen en telefon! Den kanske inte ser mycket ut för världen, men den är min!
Translation:
I finaly have a phone! It might not look too grand, but it's mine!

Efter snart tre veckors trånande har Ylva lyckats lägga vantarna på en softbank mobil, på måndag är det förhoppningsvis min tur.

Translation:
It took almost three weeks but Ylva finaly managed to get a softbank cell phone, hopefully I can get one on monday!

Electronic city

Vi tog vår första tripp till Akihabara sen vi kom hit, ljus, liv och elektronik överallt. För att inte tala om alla bedårande brudar i maid och cosplay uniformer som delar ut flyers, och fler lolitor än jag sett i Harajuku! Fast vi har ju förståss inte varit där en söndag ännu.
Vi köpte som hastigast en usb-kabel att ladda våra DS med eftersom den europeiska uppenbarligen inte tål strömmen i de japanska uttagen och sedan lyckades vi äntligen lägga vantarna på en kamera var! Se fram emot bilder av shopping, roliga engrish skyltar och mat. Jag och Ylva köpte likadana fast i olika färger förståss, precis som när vi köpte blinget till dem.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med resultatet även om det inte är helt klart, jag måste köpa fler ministenar att fylla ut tomrum med men det får jag ta hand om i morgon. Vad tycks om mitt första försök? Deco är väldigt beroendeframkallande, jag får visioner av mig och Ylva på golvet i hennes lägenhet, dränkta i en miljard strass stenar.

Translation:

We went to Akihabara and bought a camera! Finaly you will get some pictures! We decorated them aswell, what do you think? I'm really pleased with it, it was my first try! I will give it a touch-up tomorrow but I still think it looks alright like this. Deco is so much fun and highly addictive, I get this vision of me and Ylva in her apartment, on the floor, drowning in sparkly stones.
